You will be prompted to enter all of your personal information, including billing and shipping address and your credit card number.

prices do not include sales taxes. Appropriate sales tax will be automatically added to your total if your order is shipped to a state where a store has been established. Sales tax is excluded on shipments delivered to the following states: ID, ME, MT, ND, SD, VT and WY.
